Yes I think I read that in the BAT guidelines and regions heavily affect what you get to see. Basically people pay more to be seen by those in richer countries.

My own earnings have dropped a bit from when I first started. I think the ads before tend to give more BAT per view but now its drop to pretty much the minimum. I haven't really bothered with it as much but I do like earning slowly over time.
