Como están mis amigos de esta espléndida ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:  Muy feliz de por estar aquí junto a ustedes, verdaderos apasionados de la arquitectura; Hace unos días tuvimos la oportunidad de recorrer el interior de una casa emblemática de nuestra ciudad llamada ¨Casa¨ ¨Ibera¨. En mis post anteriores les vengo comentando que el municipio de la ciudad tiene un ambicioso plan de restaurar los edificios de época; Para eso deben identificar las propiedades, y establecer aquellas que tienen dueños y las que no; Los edificios con dueños son llamados al municipio, y deben aceptar el plan de restauración del inmueble, aquellos que se identifican como abandonados o sin dueños, son automáticamente restaurados y pasan a dominio de la provincia; Estos edificios son utilizado por algún sector de la provincia; En este caso, esta estupenda propiedad está en manos del ministerio de cultura, y es utilizada como un museo para dar a conocer las propiedades de nuestro emblemático ¨Estero¨ del ¨Ibera¨; Este estero es una reserva natural, y se ha denominado como patrimonio de la humanidad, por el gran caudal de agua dulce que guarda en su interior. Those that are identified as abandoned or without owners are automatically restored and become the province's domain; These buildings are used by some sector of the province; In this case, this wonderful property is in the hands of the Ministry of Culture and is used as a museum to publicize the properties of our emblematic ¨Estero¨ del ¨Ibera¨; This estuary is a natural reserve and has been called a world heritage site, due to the large volume of fresh water that it keeps inside. Esta es una de las tantas propiedades de época que fueron construidas en la mejor ubicación de nuestra ciudad; En la actualidad están dentro del ¨casco¨¨histórico¨ y por estar allí, están protegidas por una ley que impide que sean demolidas. El parque inmobiliario pagaría verdaderas fortunas por una de estas casas para la construcción de propiedades verticales. Para los que amamos la arquitectura de época, estas son propiedades invaluables por sus historias, la gran mayoría de estas casas albergaron a familia muy pudiente de la ciudad; En mi ciudad vivieron personas, y personajes que hicieron la historia, no solo de la ciudad, también del país; Muchas de estas propiedades fueron las cunas de gobernantes de los argentinos. Hace tres cientos años, estas propiedades eran de carácter lujosas, y cuanto más detalles de construcción tenían las propiedades, más lujos y costas eran; Se podía reconocer si la propiedad pertenecía a una persona de clase alta por el modelo de su construcción
