Whats a wonderful day! Today we started the new cycle of the 
Earlier in the morning, with 
Peter our colleague and partner briefed me on the last administrative details, as you can see my hands were full and we will have some work to do after leaving the students to make all this documentation in order.
Listening carefully to all the partners before to start our introduction session.
After the admnistrative exchanges were done, I started to introduce myself, our organization and the ecosystem in which the students will be cooperating the next weeks. Followed the group "or delegation" of supervisers and of the teachers.
To not start to overwhelm the students we decided to postpone their presentation in individual interviews, each student having to present to each of the mentor individually. However as this session will take the time it needs, I invited all the students to get to know more about blockchain and crypto currency. And we let them 30 min to prepare for their interviews. In the meantime, we get to know more about the sending organizations and their new members.
Then I gave the first challenge to the group, each of the students had to imagine with the few information we provided a visual to explain what is #cryptocurrency while one by one, each of them was making the 3 successives interviews with our team members present today.
The task to create a visual about crypto currency was definitely a relevant idea to be able to evaluate their understanding of English, of the previous session, their interpretation and creativity on short term goals.
After the interview we made a lunch break before to review their artworks and provide them feedback.
We were all really amazed to see the amazing creatvity and skills of the group. Afterward, before to divide the group for some team building activities, we explained them about the #introduceyourself tag. Then, we divided the group in 3 working groups:
- one for the agency and the
supervised by
- another for
- the last group for
which will be managed by me.
The groups will be divided in smaller groups and with another setup in the next days each with more specific missions and channels to take over.
As soon as the groups had been formed we started to get more information and coached our team to create an #Introduceyourself post to be published tomorrow.
Around 16h30 we finished this first day together by explaining the planning of tomorrow and be sure we replied to a maximum of questions while ensuring the students to be able to contact us if they need.
What I can say from today is that I/we all were really amazed by the group of this new cycle and we can't wait to see how the groups will evolve during this week which is full of challenges and will not be rythmed as the forthcoming weeks as we have our launch event on Friday with
