Church on the Hill | #monomad Challenge

I have wanted to photograph this little church on that wooded hill for quite a while, but there has never been the right light when I was there.

This church is on the Georgiberg (Georgi mountain) east of the Lake Klopein (German: Klopeiner See) and it is called Georgikirche (Georgi church). It is a katholic church dedicated to the Saint Georg.
The Georgiberg is called mountain, but it is only 624 meters (2,047 feet) high.

About a week ago I made a motorbike ride over a mountain pass and then I wanted to ride around the Lake Klopein which was near.
When I rode towards the Georgiberg the rain clouds over the church looked great and I thought the scene might make a nice black & white image.

All my photos were shot with the Canon EOS R and one of these lenses: Canon RF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM, Canon EF 70-200mm f/4 L IS II USM, Canon EF 16-35mm 1:4 L IS USM, Canon EF 50mm 1:1.8 L STM, SIGMA 105mm 1:2,8 DG MACRO HSM, SIGMA 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HSM C.

I leave all EXIF and IPTC information stored in the pictures.
