Happy Birthday Hive! Happy Third Anniversary!
At three years old, my little girl did not know how to fasten her shoes or comb her hair, she had trouble doing some tasks on her own and needed my help. However, this great ecosystem with only three years old is a space where we can always find help and support to continue growing and improving. Just as I teach my little daughter the means to improve and learn, so does Hive with each one of us.
At first I found this whole world a bit disconcerting, I didn't understand about resources or how to use the votes, it was complicated to make a publication, I didn't understand about tags.... There was so much that was new to me, it all seemed very complicated. And the fact is that Hive is nothing like any other social network where I have interacted, but this complexity with which we encounter in our beginnings is what makes it unique and what leads us to be demanding with ourselves in order to improve day by day. The process of creating for me has been a challenge, I never imagined that I could have my own blog and become someone capable of generating content.

In these three years Hive has grown and strengthened. Every time new functionalities and applications are created in it, thanks to the talent of users who make its development possible and who are involved in its improvement and that is one of the things I like the most, the commitment that is created with all of us who integrate it to make Hive a better ecosystem for everyone.
Every time I meet more and more people interested in adding new users to make Hive continue to grow. An example of this I am experiencing these days through an initiative of one of the members of the Cuban community, (
This is the beauty of Hive, that it is an inclusive Network where there is room for everyone.

Feliz Cumpleaños Hive ¡Feliz Tercer Aniversario!
Con tres años mi niña no sabía abrocharse los zapatos o peinarse, le costaba hacer algunas tareas por sí misma y necesitaba de mi ayuda. Sin embargo, este gran ecosistema con solo tres años recién cumplidos es un espacio en donde siempre podemos encontrar la ayuda y el apoyo para seguir creciendo y mejorando. Como mismo yo enseño a mi hija pequeña los medios para que vaya superándose y aprendiendo, así hace Hive con cada uno de nosotros.
En un principio me resultaba un poco desconcertante todo este mundo, no entendía acerca de recursos ni sobre cómo usar los votos, me resultaba complicado realizar una publicación, no comprendía sobre etiquetas... Había mucho que era novedoso para mí, todo me parecía bien complicado. Y es que Hive no se parece en nada a ninguna otra red social en donde haya interactuado, pero esta complejidad con la cual nos topamos en nuestros inicios es la que la hace única y la que nos lleva a ser exigentes con nosotros mismo para así ir mejorando día a día. El proceso de crear para mí ha sido todo un reto, nunca imaginé que pudiera tener mi propio blog y convertirme en alguien capaz de generar contenido.

En estos tres años Hive ha crecido y se ha fortalecido. Cada vez se crean en ella nuevas funcionalidades, y aplicaciones, gracias al talento de usuarios que hacen posible su desarrollo y que están involucrados en su mejoramiento y eso es una de las cosas que más me gustan, el compromiso que se crea con todos los que la integramos para hacer de Hive un ecosistema mejor para todos.
Cada vez me encuentro a más personas interesadas en sumar nuevos usuarios para hacer que Hive continúe creciendo. Un ejemplo de esto lo estoy viviendo por estos días mediante una iniciativa que tuvo uno de los miembros de la comunidad cubana, (
Esto es lo bonito de Hive, que es una Red inclusiva en la que hay espacio para todos.
