Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte ! Hoy fui a jugar basket y caminar un rato.
Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !Today I went to play basketball and walk for a while.
Me pare al rededor de las 11am, comí, leí un poco y estiré. Al rededor de las 3pm un amigo me envió para decirme que jugaramos basket como a las 5pm, yo le dije que si y vino a mi casa y de aquí nos fuimos caminando a la cancha.
I stopped around 11am, ate, read a little and stretched. At around 3pm a friend sent me to tell me to play basketball at around 5pm, I said yes and he came to my house and from there we walked to the court.

Jugamos como 2 horas con dos amigos más que se llegaron un poco más tarde, fuimos a comprar algo para comer y nos fuimos cada uno a su casa.
We played for about 2 hours with two other friends who arrived a little later, went to buy something to eat and we each went home.

Luego ya estando en mi casa descanse un rato, me hice cena y me puse a hacer estiramientos, estudiar un poco y ver una serie.
