Hello community, I hope you are all well, I would like to share some thoughts regarding something I have seen in some entrepreneurs, who seem to have a strange vision of what it means to undertake, since they do it without changing the mentality of "employees ", yes, just as you read it, one thing is that we are employees of someone, we fulfill a schedule, we are paid by hours or days, but when we undertake something, this vision is supposed to change, **is not it?

I will try to express my opinion in a quite clear way, starting from the following sentences:
Look for customers, not bosses / Work with them, not for them.

So simple and straightforward, follow me, then I will explain what made me think about it.

Well, currently there are many people's initiatives, largely thanks to the pandemic, as this made many people lost their jobs and were in the need to leave their comfort zone, something that is very valid, and certainly something for which many should be congratulated, however, there are those who do not have a minimum of training in terms of project management, or anything that can help them in their entrepreneurship, so they have only worked as employees or laborers and thus pretend to run a business.

What brings as a consequence that, many times they want to have a determined schedule in the business, they do not understand that every business, especially when it is starting, requires a permanent presence -generally-, it is not about schedules, entrepreneurs are often the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave, if we are talking about a traditional business. So, that culture of employee schedules must be removed before starting.

Another thing that happens frequently is that for not having clear their objectives, not having experience as "boss and owner of company " they often fall in the fact that to fulfill a service, they allow others to put price to their work, or to give them orders as if they were their bosses, and you have to distinguish very well, and have it always very clear, one thing is that you work for someone and another very different is that you work with others. There are big differences in this conception, because if you want independence, you can not continue tolerating that others tell you what and how to do something.

And with the above I am not saying that, for example, if you create a bakery, you will make the cakes as you see fit, with the colors you want and not respecting the customer's request, no, nothing to do with that, but there are those who allow "the customer" to set the working hours, want to set a price for payment, among other things, and that is not.

As a final message I want to say, and make it very clear, that without a doubt, before you start with a business you must have clear what you want, also never abandon financial training, education in terms of business, because otherwise, you will be easy prey for others and end up being a "worker " in your business, and I emphasize, I am not saying it is wrong to be a worker, nor in any way I am criticizing them, only that when someone undertakes is supposed to be looking for other things, or is not?
