Miracle Points at the Nick of Time β ( Saturday HiveChess Arena )βοΈ
Greeting Hiveans and Chess Community
Miracles do exist in chess, LOL πΉ
Yesterday's game initially started pretty bad for me, I was losing a lot games consecutivelyyy.
It was about 10-15 mins to the end of the tournament I then began climbing the leaderboard and was able to secure the 7th place with 20 points.β¨π«

Game Highlights and In-Depth Analysis
Round Fixtures:
β JUST_OLA VS MIGMAG
I decided to look at one of the last games that gave me 5 points pump up. Both players beserked and white opened with the Queen's Pawn Game: Colle System. There was acutally a lot of blunders from both players since we both beserked and were trying to beat the time. It was those little roaches(the pawns) that actually saved me. During the endgame, I was able to promote one of the pawns to a Queen and White ran out of time.

β STRANGER27 VS FCASTRO
was quite impressive in this game. His target was not to outsmart his opponent, he simply just tried to play as many accurate moves as he could and as fast as he could inorder to get an edge and it worked. Black had more time to play better end-game and was able to promote his pawn to a Queen. White saw a checkmate was inevitable and then resigned.
