We all suffer from some kind of mental problem in our personal life. I do not know if all the people in the world have this problem? However, I myself suffer from such problems! I have even seen many people around me suffer from mental problems! However, our mental problems may be under our control so we do not lose balance or not everyone understands our mental problems. We always avoid these problems.
We get tired a lot of the time as we go through the battle of life. Yet there is no point in time to look at yourself or for yourself. We always dedicate ourselves to our family members. Once seen no one has time to think about us! Nor do we get anything in return for what we expect from others. As a result, we deal with various problems. There are more mental problems.
Honestly, we are just as worried when we are physically ill! Or the way we approach the doctor. In the same way we do not seek the help of a doctor for mental problems or become aware of it. But one thing we forget is that when we have a mental problem, that problem destroys our whole work and our whole happiness and peace.
We will one day be lost in the struggle for life! That is the reality. We spend thousands of times every day in different fields. But we do not find time for ourselves. But notice that we are our closest in this world! The word is strange but true. Just as nature takes revenge for its mistreatment, so too our body cannot tolerate neglect. Our body once took extreme revenge to endure this neglect. When we don't give ourselves time, it has a very bad effect on both our body and mind. As a result, at one time we have to endure a lot of suffering.
One thing we all forget is that our body is the only source for our survival. And due to different mental problems we have different types of problems and even physical illness. A video has been seen on social media for some time now, suddenly people are dying of heart attack or brain stroke. We all know that stroke-related deaths are more likely to be due to over-engagement and stress. Moreover, many times stress or mental problems also have a bad effect on our high blood pressure.
Honestly, in this mechanical world, time does not stop for anyone. And in this busiest time you have to love yourself, know yourself and give yourself time. Then our life will be beautiful and we will be able to enjoy life as we are. So at least one day a week is to give yourself time. And this time will be for loving ownself and giving ownself time and understanding ownself and knowing ownself.
