Good evening to you all ,hope you all are doing great is another wonderful and i want to use this wonderful opportunity to welcome you all to my daily blog for today which the topic the topic of today is living a healthy lifestyle, Here i will be discussing more on the importance of healthy living and maintaining of a healthy lifestyle that is health wise and that will help us live as a healthy individual.
Healthy living and lifestyle is a very good and important thing that we have to practice so as to protect our health and give it a healthy condition that will make us strong always. Meanwhile some of the things we eat and drink with the life we live affects our health in so many ways Thereby putting us in a state of ill health due to our ill behavior.
Some of us eat things that damages our body organs leading them into collapsing and stoping of it's normal function. For example:. Drinking of excess alcohol , alcohol in excess causes a very big damage to our liver and kidney. When these things are being taken in excess it causes an over load and pressure to the liver and kidney making them to be stressed and over work their workload..
The work of the liver which is detoxification of substances is a very important one in the body and when there is excess alcohol or other toxic substances it over-labor it and this will make the liver to go into breaking down and their will be inflammation of it and if care is not taken or no intervention it can lead to the collapsing of the liver and from there the liver will be damaged.
The kidneys also are being put into pressure and instead of doing it's filtration work,it will be over laboured leading it into breaking down and it will go into what is called kidney failure and that is why you see people going to dialysis by then their kidney has been broken down already.
Like it is boldly written in the packet of cigarette here in Nigeria that smokers are liable to die young, despite that notice many of don't still adhere to the instruction , instead the no of youth smoking these days are increasing day by day and they are busy destroying their lungs without knowing, Some will tell you that they are doing it for fun, then i ask myself what type of fun is that, a fun that will put your life in danger, risking your body organs, that is a very bad fun.
In healthy lifestyle and healthy living it is very vast because it comprises of everything in health. Meanwhile it is the overall aspect of healthy living so we have to maintain a healthy lifestyle because there is no duplicate in life,we only have one life which when it is gone there is nothing else it is only one ( one life on earth and not two so let us have it in my that is very important to handle it in a precious way). Why many die young is not really because is their time but because of ill health challenges gotten from so many ill lifestyle and instead of decreasing,it is increasing day by day.
Meanwhile as of old our grand parents used to live long, they aged very well, then you see people living above hundred years but these days people keep dying very young due to one thing or another. So let's try and see to our lives because is very important so as to maintain a healthy living by living a healthy lifestyle.
