They live and stay outside our house next to our door. I had to take them out and make them their own home because of their smelly urine and poop. Almost every day we clean our path because of their feces and urine.
There is not much problem with their food because I get fresh vegetables and fruits from the supermarket near where I get off the bus when I go home.
The Cage
I made a rabbit cage from scrap metal and plastic fence. I expect it won't last long as they will just bite through the plastic fences, however, I have blocked it with some of the steel before the plastic fence.
I also expect rabbits to dig in the ground to make an escape hole. So I decided to put stones around the wall and my only problem was how to strengthen its roof.
Maybe in the next few days I will buy a steel fence for the roof and additionally for their wall to make sure there is no escape.
And since no one wants to adopt some of these rabbits, we intend to leave two of the old rabbits in the large garden in the park and leave the two young female rabbits with us. Whatever happens, I don't know. LOL
Because I don't have a big place for them so I have to reduce the rabbit. I told my children to butcher the old rabbit! But that's just a joke! Hahaha...
If I was only in the Philippines, there would be a wide area to breed and take care of them. There is also a lot of grass there that they can eat unlike here in the UAE where I still have to pick from the Supermarket.
My other problem is that when he escapes they eat my plants so my other plants don't grow because they eat their leaves and branches.
