Hey Actifitters and Steemians,
Hello everyone, trust you’re all having a great day.
I went for an early morning walk today and was feeling very ok after the walk, I got home and took a bath and got off to work using public transportation.
My lunch
Office was the usual stuff, nothing out of the ordinary but during lunch time the restaurant I went to was apparently closed the owner went for outdoor services which offered more pepper (money) than my miserable coins. Lol. Anyways, I am not really a fan of baked stuff because I am trying so hard to cut down on the calories but I had to have some of these for lunch.

I went to the small shopping mall on my way back to get some house stuff. It gave me more opportunities to walk around and get more exercises which felt great. But the number of things one has to check before buying stuff these days, expiry date, where it was manufactured, what are the components, does it contain any harmful chemicals and so on. You spend so much time on one product you end up forgetting what you came to buy. Lol.

I went for an evening walk and there was nothing really unusual just the same old roads and streets and all that. I headed back home when got my 10k in the bag and that was a wrap for me guys.

My song is a very old one and it talks about life and all those superstitious stuff. Here we loaded with so much superstitious stuff you wonder how they came you with all those stuff. Lol.
