Leo.voter payouts from Hive account@leo.bounties will resume in the next 24 hours

Apologies for the outage. We were impacted by HiveSQL going down. The fix to get HiveSQL back should not have taken so long

In light of this, we’ve built our own LeoSQL solution and will be fully moving our SQL activities to it. We’ve already built part of the backend for getting bounties payouts back online with a brand new API for delegator data

The last part is updating our distribution script. That should be completed and start running in the next 24 hours

Additionally, all missed payouts will be sent to delegators from the past week in the next few days as well. No missed payouts by the end of the block replays.
