Life is full of opportunities, I have often thought about how my life would change if I get the right amount of money. I have often thought about the kind of business I would do with the right kind of money. It’s easy to think about these things especially for a young man trying to make things out of life. One of the reasons I try to work so hard is to position myself for an opportunity that would give me the kind of life that I could only envision for myself. If the opportunity should arise in a blank cheque, I know I would be tempted to put in an amount that would set me up for life, an amount that would ensure I never have to work again. I know that sounds greedy, but it’s just my human instinct kicking in.
However, If I’m given a chance to only put down what I need and I decide not to be greedy, I would ask for $300,000. Typing it out and saying it in my head right now sounds Hilarious. Why I say I would need this exact amount of money is because it will make it easy for me to scale through life. In this part of my country where we don’t pay tax for owning a house, I would be getting a house for myself and my family plus another for rent which would cost a total of $150,000. $100,000 would be shared into different investments like buying shares and investing in web3 and other crypto projects like hive. I would also be trading some parts of that money also.
$30,000 will be left in a trust fund, while I live on $20,000 which should cover me up for a year. I will also be investing in consumer goods from the $100,000. This would involve Palm oil, fishery and livestock. Now I won’t be running this business by myself, but investing in companies that are already into them. Now with all these being said. $10,000 from the investment money will go into investing in myself and my skill sets so I can open myself up to more opportunities in the future. Now thinking about all this, I guess it’s safe to say all a boy needs is a life of comfort and food to eat, but then I’m someone who is always striving to do something remarkable in my life and that is the reason behind my choices.
