Hola hola, mis queridos amigos 💖 Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi limpieza facial en casa, es importante acotar que el tiempo recomendado para realizar este tipo de proceso es quincenal, y utilizando los productos ideales para tu tipo de piel. En este post les compartiré los productos que yo uso y el paso a paso, también es importante que los productos los apliques en el rostro, cuello y escote 🧖🏽♀️ Una limpieza facial básica consta de 4 pasos: el uso de la limpiadora, luego el exfoliante, seguido del tónico y por último el tratamiento de la piel, que en este caso yo hago hidratación, pero puede ser también humectante, todo depende de tu piel. 🌼🌼Primero comencé utilizando un gel limpiador purificante de la marca Nivea, lo hago con movimientos curriculares y retiro con abundante agua. El exfoliante utilicé uno casero 🤭 pues mi exfoliante me está cayendo un poco mal, así que decidí cambiarlo y lo hice con un poco de crema hidratante y azúcar fina para no maltratar la piel, de igual manera aplico con movimientos circulares y retiro con abundante agua 💧
Por lo menos una vez al mes utilizo el comedón para retirar alguna espinilla o la grasa acumulada en la zona de la nariz y barbilla y ese día aplico esta mascarilla de carbón activado que ayuda a controlar las pieles grasas, esta mascarilla se debe dejar actuar hasta que seque y retirarla con agua tibia. Ya luego de esto aplico el tónico con un algodón, espero que seque el producto, y aplico el sérum hidratante que este caso utilicé el de farmatodo, que es muy bueno, da una apariencia fresca y tersa a la piel, y luego mi crema facial de uso diaria. Es ideal realizar esta limpieza de noche, antes de acostarnos de esta manera el producto hidratante tendrá mayor tiempo y nuestro rostro no se expondrá a impurezas del entorno, en caso que vayas a salir recuerda usar el protector solar de tu preferencia 💥 Siguiendo estos pasos, mantendrás tu piel sana y limpia y por supuesto se verá mucho más linda.
