Yesterday night I received bad news from my wife's relatives. Relatives who travel last Saturday on a trip to Roi Jai Rak and Wat Doi Noi. Infected with covid 19 epidemic. Today, my wife and I have to go to the health center to check ATK. The sub-district health station is open for ATK testing for Covid-19 from 10.00 onwards. In the morning, I was not comfortable traveling, so it was in the afternoon at 1:00 PM. I Intend to eat lunch first.
🖊️ Homemade lunch today for family. menu name : Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Soy Sauce with Meatballs and Sausages. Today's vegetable is Chinese cabbage instead of kale. Today I cook myself, usually my wife cooks. I don't have a recipe for Stir-fried Rice Noodles with Soy Sauce because I'm not a professional cook. But I take pictures while cooking.
🖊️ After having lunch, my wife and I drove to the health center. Traveling to the health center drive quite a distance. because the village I live in is inside, away from the main road. It took no more than 20 minutes for the ATK test to be negative. My wife and I are not infected with covid. I drove home, taking pictures of the scenery. on the way home.
🖊️ Everything ended well. After that, I helped my wife's mother. teach homework activities to granddaughter in the afternoon. Examples of homework activities for children 2-3 years old include coloring and cutting paper and pasting as shown in the picture. After completing homework activities, take a photo and send the line to the teacher.

🖊️ สวัสดีเพื่อนที่น่ารักทุกคนครับ เมื่อคืนวานนี้ ผมได้รับข่าวร้ายจากญาติของภรรยา ญาติกบุ่มที่เดินทางเมื่อวันเสาร์ที่แล้ว ไปเที่ยวกับผมที่ร้อยใจรัก และวัดพระธาตุดอยหน้อย มีญาติคนหนึ่งติดโรคโควิด19 วันนี้ผมและภรรยา ต้องไปที่สถานนีอนามัย เพื่อไปตรวจ ATK หาเชื้อโควิด19 สถานีอนามัยประจำตำบล เปิดให้บริการตรวจโควิด แบบ ATK สำหรับ Covid-19 ตั้งแต่เวลา 10.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ตอนเช้าผมไม่สะดวกเดินทางไป เลยเป็นตอนบ่าย 13.00 น. แทน โดยผมตั้งใจจะกินข้าวกลางวันเสร็จก่อนครับ
🖊️ มื้อกลางวันทำเองวันนี้ สำหรับครอบครัว ชื่อเมนู : ผัดซีอิ๊วลูกชิ้นและไส้กรอกแทนเนื้อหมู และ ผักวันนี้เป็นผักกาดขาวแทนคะน้า วันนี้ผมเป็นครทำอาหารเอง ปกติแล้วภรรยาของผมจะเป็นคนทำอาหาร ผมไม่มีสูตรหรือวิธีทำผัดซีอิ๊ว เพราะผมไม่ใช่พ่อครัวมืออาชีพอะไร แต่วันนี้ผมถ่ายรูปตอนทำอาหารมาให้ชม นอกจากหน้าตาอาหารจะไม่น่าทาาฃนแล้ว ยังไม่ค่อยอร่อยอีก 5555 แก้ขัดไปก่อนละกัน 555
🖊️ หลังจากทานอาหารกลางวันแล้ว ผมและภรรยาก็ขับรถไปที่สถานนี้อนามัย การเดินทางไปสถานี้อนามัย ขับรถมาค่อนข้างไกล เพราะหมู่บ้านที่ผมอาศัยอยู่นั้นอยู่ด้านใน ห่างจากถนนใหญ่ พอไปถึงติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ จ่ายเงินค่าตรวจ 130 บาท และใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 20 นาที ในการตรวจ ATK ผลออกมาเป็นลบ ผมและภรรยาไม่ติดเชื้อโควิด ผมจึงขับรถกลับบ้านทันทีครับ และ ถ่ายภาพทิวทัศน์ ระหว่างทางกลับบ้านมาด้วย 3-4 ภาพ โดยภรรยาผมเป็นคนขับรถ
🖊️หลังจากทุกอย่างจบลงด้วยดี หลังจากนั้นผมสบายใจ และก็ช่วยแม่ของภรรยา สอนกิจกรรมการบ้านให้หลานสาว ในตอนบ่ายต่อ ตัวอย่างกิจกรรมการบ้านสำหรับเด็กอายุ 2-3 ปี ได้แก่ ระบายสี ตัดกระดาษ แปะ ตามรูป ทำการบ้านเสร็จ ถ่ายรูปหลานพร้อมการบ้าน ส่งไลน์ให้ครูต่อไป
🖊️เรื่องราวทั้งหมดในวันนี้ มีเพียงชีวิตประจำวันของผม หลังจากเสาร์ที่แล้วได้เที่ยวครั้งล่าสุด หลังจากนี้คงจะไม่ได้ออกไปไหนอีกนาน เพราะโรคระบาดกำลัง กลับมาระบาดอีกรอบแล้ว ทำให้จำนวนผู้ติดเชื้อเพิ่มขึ้น ขอให้ทุกคนโชคดีและปลอดภัยจากโรคระบาดครับ ขอบคุณครับ
