Vaccines can help some people, maybe even a "majority", but they also harm others. Vaccines are not 100% safe, for everyone, all the time. That is a reality some just don't want to accept. Does that mean all vaccinations are guaranteed to produce short-term or long-term significant injuries? No. But that doesn't change the fact that they do seriously injure many people.
A recent case of vaccine injury comes from Moline, Illinois. On August 14 2018, 14-year-old Christopher Bunch died from a rare neurological disease called Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM).
Christopher received the HPV (human papillomavirus) vaccine Gardasil three weeks prior to his death. ADEM is a reported side effect of receiving the Gardasil vaccine, listed by the FDA under section 6.2 Postmarketing Experience as Nervous system disorders: Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis.
Christopher's parents became worried about his health on August 8 after his health had been getting worse each day. At first it was just headaches, but then it was a series or medical issues. Destiny Bunch, Christopher's mother, said "If anything, I was thinking he’s probably just really dehydrated". But unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
Elijah Bunch, Christopher's father, said "his progression went from zero to one hundred in a matter of four hours". Christopher was then taken to the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.
Soon after arrival at the hospital he was losing the ability to breathe on his own and then suffered from a complete paralysis to the left side of his body. The first treatment ordered was to put him on anti-seizure medicine.
Doctors had diagnosed Christopher with ADEM, a disease which causes inflammation of the central nervous system. This explains why he became paralyzed and lost the ability to breathe on his own. His brain and nervous system were not working properly. ADEM
Three days later on August 11, surgery was conducted to alleviate swelling in his brain. But the surgery didn't save him, as Christopher was left in critical condition and placed on life support. On August 12, Elijah posted that his son had suffered a brain herniation. Two days later, the family announced that Christopher died, as they posted on Facebook:
We are so upset to say this, but our gorgeous son Christopher Bunch has gone to be with God at 1:02pm. Please Lord look over my son and take good care of him. My son I love you so much and I will always and forever love you and keep you in my heart.
The family had been raising funds for the surgery, reaching more than $16,500 on the day he died. ADEM is a rare disease which is said to affect children and "a viral or bacterial infection." Note that vaccines inject viruses into people to try to get them to fight it off with their immune system.
It's admitted that vaccines, such as Gardasil especially, can bring on this viral disease. Symptoms to watch out for are "confusion, drowsiness or coma, unsteadiness, vision issues, trouble swallowing or weakness of the arms and legs." In Christopher's case, his parents said on Facebook that he had suffered a viral infection recently before being vaccinated. It could be both issues, or just the Gardasal vaccine that resulted in this tragedy.
Other people have been injected with the Gardasil HPV vaccine and have had similar brain diseases develop, like Marie-Océane Bourguignon from France who had cerebral-vestibular disturbances and sensory-motor impairment from acute encephalomyelitis (inflammation of the brain). She survived, but spent some time in a wheelchair and being paralyzed as well.
Christopher wasn't as lucky and lost his life. This result from Gardasil vaccination is listed as a side effect, yet most families aren't aware of the damage and suffering they may be enduring as a result of taking this vaccine. Protect your family and carefully consider what consequences may come about as a result of using certain vaccines. Then you can choose if it's worth the risk or not.
