Muchas veces sentirse bien y estar feliz puede estar totalmente ligado a las cosas que nos pasan en la vida, un logro de otra persona puede hacerme sentir bien no tiene que ser precisamente por algún familiar, sin embargo, imaginen ustedes como se puede sentir uno de feliz cuando el logro de esa persona es tu hija, pues es algo indescriptible.

Many times feeling good and being happy can be totally linked to the things that happen to us in life, an achievement of another person can make me feel good, it does not have to be precisely because of a family member, however, imagine how happy you can feel when that person's achievement is your daughter, it is something indescribable.

Los logros de mis hijas producto de sus clases o de sus tareas son muy importante para mí y para mi esposa, recién mis hijas están terminando sus clases, mejor dicho su año escolar, a cada una les asignaron diferentes proyectos, a mi hija mayor le asignaron realizar un cortometraje entre 8 y 10 minutos de duración, pero tenía que ser en inglés totalmente hablado en inglés, era su nota final de esa materia que ven en el colegio.

The achievements of my daughters as a result of their classes or homework are very important to me and my wife, my daughters are just finishing their classes, or rather their school year, each one was assigned different projects, my oldest daughter was assigned to make a short film between 8 and 10 minutes long, but it had to be in English totally spoken in English, it was her final grade of that subject they see in school.

Todos sus compañeros se comprometieron en este hermoso proyecto, además de que los padres también estuvimos muy atentos en ayudar, la ayuda por parte de nosotros solo fue de transporte, si así como lo estás leyendo, solo los llevamos a los sitios o locaciones donde firmarían las escenas de su cortometraje.

Mi hija tuvo mucho que ver en todo el proyecto, puesto que ella fue la escritora del guion, claro recibió sugerencias de otros compañeros para dar forma al guion original, ella tardó más de cinco días en terminar el guion, pero todos, todos sus compañeros estuvieron de acuerdo con el guion.

My daughter had a lot to do in the whole project, since she was the writer of the script, of course she received suggestions from other classmates to shape the original script, it took her more than five days to finish the script, but all, all her classmates agreed with the script.

Después entre ella y otro compañero de ese equipo de siete jóvenes, se encargaron de la producción y la planificación del cortometraje, ellos dos se encargaron de todo lo referente para comenzar a grabar, se organizaron muy bien para todo. También ella junto a otros dos compañeros hicieron de directores, eso era porque en algunas grabaciones no pudo estar, pero a pesar de eso siempre dio buenas instrucciones para que todo saliera muy bien, sus compañeros también hicieron un grandioso trabajo.

Adicional a la escritura, la producción y la dirección del cortometraje, mi hija junto a todos sus compañeros realizaron papeles de actrices y actores, cada uno se metió en su papel para interpretar su personaje a la perfección, todos actuaron y se sintieron muy cómodos con los papeles que tenían que interpretar.

She and two other colleagues were also the directors, that was because in some recordings she could not be there, but despite that she always gave good instructions so that everything went very well, her colleagues also did a great job.

In addition to writing, producing and directing the short film, my daughter along with all her classmates played the roles of actresses and actors, each one got into their role to play their character to perfection, they all acted and felt very comfortable with the roles they had to play.

Entre ellos supieron dividir las tareas porque cada uno tenía fortalezas, y entre todos se ayudaron, dos de ellos se dedicaron a la edición, dos se dedicaron en hacer los efectos especiales, otros en colocar los subtítulos en español porque el cortometraje lo iban a exhibir en el salón de usos múltiples para todos los estudiantes de ese colegio.

En total eran 8 cortometrajes 4 por cada grado, la distribución era así, 4 cortometrajes de 4.º. Año A y B y 4 cortometrajes por cada 5.º. Años A y B. la exhibición de los cortometrajes estuvo muy bien y todas para mí debían ganar, a pesar de eso el colegio junto a los profesores decidieron dar varios premios, tales como mejor actriz, mejor actor, mejor guion, mejor edición y mejor cortometraje.

The exhibition of the short films was very good and all for me should win, however the school together with the teachers decided to give several awards, such as best actress, best actor, best script, best editing and best short film.

Mi mayor alegría y la de mi esposa, pero sobre todo para los jóvenes del equipo donde participo mi hija, es que ellos ganaron como mejor cortometraje y también una de las compañeras de mi hija como mejor actriz.

Ver a los hijos crecer y que poco a poco se abren caminos solos es de gran satisfacción, verlos ganar cosas que logran por sí mismos sin la ayuda o con la ayuda de personas que se comprometen con lo que hacen, es digno de sentirse orgulloso y de sentir mucha alegría por sus logros.

Así me siento yo con los logros de mis hijas. Un papá orgulloso, un papá feliz.

My greatest joy and that of my wife, but especially for the young people in the team where my daughter participated, is that they won best short film and also one of my daughter's teammates won best actress.
