Además, este último trimestre es el más alegre de todo, ya que nos vestimos de Navidad, ya muchas oficinas están decoradas, con Santas, guirnaldas y demás. Ya la oficina está afinando los motores en esa temática.
Por otro lado, mi regreso coincidió con una charla de un personal del viceministro de trabajo en el área de formación de los trabajadores. Venían de la ciudad de Caracas y varios de mi oficina fuimos a ver qué se trataba.
La ponencia era sobre el sistema de formación y autoformación de la clase obrera. Hablaron de traer las instituciones educativas de las diferentes a las empresas, puesto que muchos trabajadores, por el hecho de trabajar, no estudian.
Por eso los sistemas del gobierno por decirlo de alguna manera en sus programas de Misión Robinson, Misión Rivas, y Misión Sucre traen parte de su personal a los trabajos y así los trabajadores estudian y pueden desarrollar conocimientos y habilidades en un área que beneficie su calidad de vida y laboral.
También hablaron de diferentes certificaciones, una muy interesante oportunidad era para esos trabajadores ya en edad adulta que tengan años de experiencia en un área y no hayan estudiado, pero sean expertos en la materia se podrían certificar y hasta obtener un título de técnico superior avalado y supervisado por una universidad.
Por otro lado, también había representaciones de otros entes muy interesantes y que muchas veces desconocemos de ellos y no los tenemos en cuenta en el momento que lo necesitamos sin saber de alguna manera como los son: el SAPI y SENCAMER, por aquí hice unas anotaciones rápidas de lo que se encargan. Así como otras anotaciones para luego averiguar de qué se trata.
SAPI: Servicio Autónomo de la Propiedad Intelectual. Hacen los registros del derecho de autor. Protegen las marcas, las patentes, mejoramiento de un invento o uno desde cero. También se encargan de la IGP, Integridad Geográfica Protegida,
Por ejemplo las semillas de cacao de una región no es la misma de otro lugar y estas se pueden registrar. Tienen varias empresas en la zona, para hacerle su patentes por sus inventivas.
SENCAMER: Servicio Desconcertado de Normalizacion, Calidad Metrologia y Reglamentaciónes Técnicas, se encargan de la gestión de innovación y calidad, optimizar los resultados, minimiza costo, eleva el compromiso de la entidad laboral.
Otras entidades interesantes por saber de que se trata son: Marca país, Pen exporta, Ministerio de ciencias y tecnología.
Otros tips a tener en cuenta:
Investigación de contenido.
Nuevas carreras segun las potencialidades de los estados.Ya que la IA pronto va hacer lo que hacían otros profesionales tradicionales.
Buscar carreras de ingeniería, es en donde se deberían enfocar nuevos profesionales. La meta es formarse para aportar hacía un mundo mejor. El que no estudia es porque no quiere. Los estudios van a las instituciones.
También estuvieron mostrando sobre las graduaciones que se hacen anuales que son dos, de los estudiantes trabajadores y que han sido muchísimos desde hace 4 años que han venido implementando desde que inició la idea de crear un aula empresarial para poner al servicio de la institución los conocimientos adquiridos.
Espero que en mi trabajo y en otras entidades aprovechen esta oportunidad si no la tienen para estudiar en otras instituciones educativas, el conocimiento siempre nos va a contribuir a ser mejores profesionales y ojalá que mejores personas también, para esto el estudio no lo es todo, hace falta un buen corazón y tener valores.
