Hello, Hive Family! HAPY NEW YEAR!
It’s been a while since I last wrote here on Hive! The Christmas and New Year weeks kept me busy with celebrations, gatherings, and preparations, so I wasn’t able to share my thoughts earlier. But today, I’m excited to finally sit down and write about something special I did before the year turned: my prosperity bowl ritual.
On December 28, 2025, I prepared what I believe was the earliest prosperity bowl for 2026. I even have timestamps on the photos I took as proof that I was ahead of the curve!
Here’s what my prosperity bowl contained:
• A bowl of rice – symbolizing abundance and nourishment
• 12 pieces of eggs – representing completeness and the 12 months of the year
• 12 pieces of 20-peso coins – a nod to financial stability and prosperity
• 7 pieces of ang paos with paper bills inside – blessings of wealth and generosity
• 7 pieces of laurel leaves – for victory, success, and good fortune
• 12 pieces of 100-peso paper bills tied with gold-colored ribbons – a striking symbol of wealth, elegance, and prosperity
• 12 pieces of one-peso coins placed at the middle of the bowl – grounding the ritual with balance and centering the energy of abundance
As I arranged each item, I thought about the meaning behind them and how they collectively symbolize prosperity, stability, and blessings for the year ahead. Preparing it early felt like setting the tone for 2026 , a year I hope will be filled with abundance and positivity.
