No existe el mal si no existiera el bien, como no existiría el día sin la noche, la luna sin el sol o mi libertad sin una atadura... Es así, existen aquellas ataduras del alma que nos reprimen, nos hacen sentir tristes, enojadas o deprimidas; pero al momento de romperlas la libertad que sentimos es indescriptible, hasta mágica diría yo.
There is no evil if there is no good, just as there is no day without the night, the moon without the sun, or my freedom without a bondage... Thus, there are those ties of the soul that repress us, make us feel sad, angry or depressed; but at the moment of breaking them, the freedom we feel is indescribable, even magical, I would say.
Tenía ataduras tóxicas, la mayoría por relaciones familiares y amorosas; sanar es difícil, lo digo por experiencia, pero la vida te obliga a romper esas ataduras para que seas libre y poder tener una vida más sana y llena de paz.
I had toxic attachments, mostly from family and love relationships; healing is difficult, I know from experience, but life forces you to break those attachments so you can be free to have a healthier and more peaceful life.
Es por eso que agradezco cada ruptura de que cada atadura, porque luego de esto me he sentido la chica más libre del mundo, he podido respirar y sentir paz en mi alma y corazón.
That's why I am grateful for every break of that tie, because after this I have felt the freest girl in the world, I could breathe and feel peace in my soul and heart.
También agradezco esa libertad que siento cada vez que estoy en la playa, dentro del agua, cuando miro el horizonte y respiro aquel aire con olor a libertad. Agradezco esa libertad que me proporciona andar por las calles, que me proporciona ser independiente, que me proporciona amar y ser amada.
I also appreciate that freedom I feel every time I am on the beach, in the water, when I look at the horizon and breathe that air with the smell of freedom. I am grateful for that freedom that walking the streets gives me, that gives me independence, that gives me love and being loved.
