Hi all,
Hereby my entry into the POBphotocontest of this week GLASS. Hosted by .
I wanted to show you : THE CUBE as this part of the building is named.
It consists out of Coloured GLASS panes…
The Cube is part of the ** The Centre Pompidou Málaga a beautiful MUSEUM** with a wide selection of temporary and permanent Artworks.
More information about this Museum you can find on their website Here!
It is located:
As I lived in Málaga for a while and still visit it often, I have a selection of photos I wanted to show you from THE CUBE and it’s Glass panes in day and night time. And the shadows/reflections it casts inside of the building.
Let’s start with the view from inside:
If you look up you see the structure of the Cube. The glass panes are well visible.
Here are the reflections/ shadows the glass casts on the floor and walls.
Isn’t it stunning?
The colours, textures and materials you see.
Let’s go outside of the building:
Across the street from the The Centre Pompidou we find The Passeo del Parque, a large garden with many plants. I was walking around in it and saw this beautiful Bird of Paradise flower… and decided to take a photograph of it with in the background The Cube.
And another one… 😊
A view towards the Glass Cube from The Passeo along Muelle Uno:
One evening there were fun things organised in this area from Muelle Uno.
Like little vehicles with neon lights you could drive around in on a little track… as almost all buildings were also lit up… I photographed the next selection of Photos where you see The Cube as main focus.
You see clearly the different coloured Glass panes now.
And with this last photo of these little vehicles I want to end my post. 😎
Hope you enjoyed looking through my photographs and entry.
