La educación es el principal motor para ser mejor persona cada día. ¿Qué quiero decir con esto? Pues, la educación no se inicia en la escuela, la educación se inicia desde casa, con los valores y principios, el ejemplo de nuestros padres y entorno familiar. La escuela enseña, los docentes se encargan de formarnos para ser ciudadanos de bien, no solo nos enseñan el 1, 2, 3 y el a, b, c. Los docentes también nos orientan para saber tomar buenas decisiones, para reforzar lo que nuestros padres nos inculca desde que damos los primeros pasos.
Education is the main engine to be a better person every day. What I mean by this? Well, education does not start at school, education starts from home, with values and principles, the example of our parents and family environment. The school teaches, the teachers are in charge of training us to be good citizens, they not only teach us 1, 2, 3 and a, b, c. Teachers also guide us to know how to make good decisions, to reinforce what our parents instill in us from the moment we take the first steps.
La educación debe ir moldeándose cada vez más y adaptándose a las nuevas generaciones, no debe ser el mismo método siempre. Los niños, niñas y adolescentes de este siglo son más curiosos, quieren ir por más. Es por eso que el rol de los padres y los docentes es buscar un método didáctico para atraer la atención de ellos y no se distraigan a la hora de ser instruidos. Las personas sin educación serían seres incompletos. Como una vez dijo Simón Bolivar El libertador de América: "Un ser sin estudios es un ser incompleto", "Moral y luces son nuestras primeras necesidades." Desde que era una niña esas frases de Simón Bolívar me quedaron grabadas y la verdad es que tiene razón.
Education must be shaping itself more and more and adapting to the new generations, it must not be the same method all the time. The children and adolescents of this century are more curious, they want to go for more. That is why the role of parents and teachers is to find a didactic method to attract their attention and not be distracted when being instructed. People without education would be incomplete beings. As Simón Bolivar El liberator of America once said: _"A being without studies is an incomplete being", _ "Morality and lights are our first needs." Since I was a little girl, those phrases of Simón Bolívar stayed with me and the truth is that he is right.
Como les dije anteriormente, la educación inicia desde casa por el ejemplo de nuestros padres y entono familiar, la educación no es solo obtener un título universitario y leer muchos libros. Porque conozco a muchas personas bien letradas y solo es una careta, pues, tienden a tomar acciones indebidas (ojo no todas). En cambio existen personas que no terminaron la escuela y se dedicaron a trabajar para poder comer y vivir, esas personas luchadoras que viven el día a día... terminan siendo las más generosas y humildes que jamás había imaginado, eso es digno de admirar.
As I told you before, education starts from home by the example of our parents and family environment, education is not just obtaining a university degree and reading many books. Because I know many well-literate people and it is only a mask, well, they tend to take improper actions (not all of them). On the other hand, there are people who did not finish school and dedicated themselves to work to be able to eat and live, those fighting people who live from day to day ... end up being the most generous and humble that I had ever imagined, that is worthy of admiration.
¿Qué pienso acerca de la educación? realmente pienso que es la primera semilla que nos deben sembrar y regarla todos los días para que en la cosecha del árbol plantado de buen fruto y que cada día seamos guiados en ser excelentes seres humanos en la sociedad. Puedo decir que a mis 27 años sigo estudiando, todos los días se aprende algo nuevo, de los niños aprendemos a ser más apasionados por hacer lo que amamos y a crear. Por eso amo trabajar con niños -en las oportunidades que se me han presentado- Los niños son el futuro del país, son soñadores y nunca se rinden ante nada, con su inocencia valoran cada granito que le damos. Amo cuando salen con una sonrisa en el rostro y dicen: "gracias maestra" o como normalmente me llaman "Gracias Luisi." Hace dos años tuve el honor de dar clases de dibujo como creadora infantil y esa experiencia fue fantástica, lamentablemente, debido a la pandemia, la institución cerró sus puertas. Pero tengo fe en que volverán a ser abiertas y volveré a ver a esos niños.
Para enseñar se necesita vocación, para aprender se necesita entrega, esa es la esencia de la educación.
What do I think about education? I really think that it is the first seed that should be sown for us and watered every day so that in the harvest of the tree planted with good fruit and that each day we are guided to be excellent human beings in society. I can say that at 27 years old I continue to study, every day something new is learned, from children we learn to be more passionate about doing what we love and creating. That is why I love working with children -in the opportunities that have been presented to me- Children are the future of the country, they are dreamers and they never give up on anything, with their innocence they value every bit we give them. I love when they come out with a smile on their faces and say: "Thank you teacher" or as they usually call me "Thank you Luisi." Two years ago I had the honor of teaching drawing classes as a child creator and that experience was fantastic, unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the institution closed its doors. But I have faith that they will be open again and I will see those children again.
To teach you need a vocation, to learn you need dedication, that is the essence of education.
