Growing Quickly!
The variety of tomato that we have in our greenhouse is the 'Moneymaker' variety. I hope that is a positive coincidence and holds some truth for me! Here is a quick overview of the growth that we have had of our tomatoes from 3-5 weeks old, and some freshly planted baby ones to go with. Here are the tomatoes when they were 3 weeks old below:
Water, Water, Water!
One thing that I have come to realise with tomatoes, especially that they are in the greenhouse, is how much watering they need! I've figured that they need quite a lot of water, enough so that the soil is very damp. I do this daily too! I've really been enjoying talking to some of you in the community. I have added myself to the
curation train on Hive Vote! I hope my votes can help the train! It's exciting to document my journey of growing fruit and veggies and also earning money from it too here on Hive. I could see myself with big things with regard to growing all this food, helping people and making it into a profitable business with lots of passive income, that would be awesome! I planted some more money makers below in the black plant pots, here they are about a week old! I am enjoying planting so much that I'm running out of room in our small greenhouse! Might have to give some away to friends!! Thanks for reading!!
