Welcome to another Splinterlands Fan Art Contest, where I'll share with you how I drew my entry for this week.
My Entry
My entry for this week is Terraceous Hulk, a legendary earth-element monster with a strong attack. It has the Taunt and Void Armor abilities. The only drawback with this unit is its speed of just 1, but its thick shield makes up for it.

I started by creating a rough sketch of the chosen character to draw.
First, I drew a human figure. From that figure, I gradually added details to make it resemble our character.
Since we're drawing a rock character, I didn't find the body details too difficult.

For coloring, I first applied a base color for each part. I needed this to add other colors for shading.

After I finished the base color, I added shading to my art. I overlaid several layers and adjusted the tone and opacity of the layers and colors to make them look blended.
The last thing I drew was the background. I just used multiple shades of blue, added a bit of violet, and decided to add a glow effect around the character to highlight it.

You can try the game in free-to-play mode first, but if you want to earn while playing, you need to buy a Spellbook which costs only $10. I’m sure you’ll enjoy this game because I’ve been playing it for over 2 years and I still haven’t gotten tired of it.
