Hi hi.. I hope that your having a happy day. I love flying my drone and to get the footage here, it took me up to one of the hills and a half an hour hike with my drone case at hand all the way. That's how I got this footage. These are the trails at Liang mountain in Brunei.
LIANG HIKING TRAILS, BRUNEI
Brunei is a small country located on the island of Borneo and lies between Sabah and Sarawak. Sarawak and Sabah are both part of Malaysia, but to get from Sabah to Sarawak, you'll need to pass through Brunei and vise versa. There are a lot of hiking trails here in Brunei.
Around 81% of the country is covered with forest. The land size of Brunei is the size of Singapore which has about 5.9 million in population. Brunei only has half a million.
5:30 PM
The best view of the day. It's always beautiful in the horizon at around 5:30 PM when the skies turn golden. Fresh air.
The forest
These are the trails that run deep into the forest. Along the way, you will heard sounds of frogs, birds and water.
The best view is up here
The drone usually captures unseen parts. Lots of tall trees that may be here for a long long time.
Electrical pylons run through the forest
It must have taken a lot of manpower just to get them installed around the forest. Imagine hiking through these forest with all those.
Simply stunning to look at.
This horizon looks even more stunning in person. There are lots of houses around too. I guess, they wake up looking out of the window. Trees. Where there are lots of trees, there are plentiful of cool air. The best natural air conditioners.
Lots of people would be wondering, why Brunei is considered a rich country yet, they don't have skyscrapers?
Why do they need to? I think it's a harder job to preserve the forest than to built skyscrapers clearing out lots of land.
The hiking trail
These are the pathways to hike. Lots of them are natural routes with some road pavements.
If you do visit Brunei, do go hike up one of its hills. There are lot of hiking spots in Brunei. Most of them have spectacular views.
