Loyalty is a virtue that we must cultivate, just as a plant is cared for so that in the body of Christ this must be worked, all of you must have the same goal, the same vision, because in the end we all have a same and only God.
"... And he himself constituted some, apostles; to others, prophets; to others, evangelists; to others, pastors and teachers, 12 in order to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edification of the body of Christ ... "(Ephesians 4: 11-12).

It is important to respect and work hard to achieve the vision that God has planted in the body of Christ, hence the need that the positions of the leaders of the congregations are really guided by the spirit of God so that these are within the vision and the purpose.
Leaders who love the presence of God, willing to obey at all times and under any situation to God, and that these leaders raised by the Lord can teach their disciples this same kind of loyalty.
Leaders are needed to stand in the gap, willing to take the hand of their pastor if it is exhausted, willing to pray and let God be totally responsible for the ministry he has entrusted to them.
The benefits that these attitudes produce will be the cause of obedience and disposition to serve the kingdom of God, the blessings will come in addition.
