Hola amigos! Por fin llegó el tan esperado día! El 1ro. de Junio recibí mi primera dosis de mi vacuna, y aunque aún tengo que cuidarme siento que tengo más seguridad al salir. Ya no tengo tanto temor de contagiarme. Espero que en todo el mundo estén recibiendo su vacuna. Aqui en Mexico va acelerado el proceso de vacunación, pienso que si sigue a este ritmo, en octubre ya debería estar toda la población vacunada. Por ahora he oído que se están aplicando 5 tipos de vacunas aquí en Mexico, Mi esposo recibió la CanSino hace un mes y no tuvo muchos efectos adversos más que un dolor de cabeza y algo de cansancio. En mi caso recibí la AstrarZeneca y puedo decir con propiedad que me dió una paliza, y lo digo literalmente porque así fue como me empecé sentír a las pocas horas de recibirla.

I am no longer so afraid of catching it. I hope that all over the world you are getting your vaccine. Here in Mexico the vaccination process is accelerating, I think that if it continues at this pace, by October the entire population should be vaccinated. So far I have heard that 5 types of vaccines are being administered here in Mexico. My husband received the CanSino a month ago and did not have many adverse effects other than a headache and some tiredness. In my case I received the AstraZeneca and I can say with propriety that it gave me a beating, and I say that literally because that is how I started to feel a few hours after receiving it.
La recomendación era que no tomáramos ningún medicamento si los síntomas no eran fuertes, ya que estos se calmaban a las 48 horas. Honestamente quise aguantar pero tuve que tomar un Paracetamol a las 24 horas porque ya no aguantaba más el dolor en todo mi cuerpo, pero lo que más me dolían eran mis ojos, era tanto el dolor que no podía casi mantenerlos abiertos. Dos horas después de tomar el Paracetamol, todos los síntomas desaparecieron, realmente fue ungían alivio, creí que iba pasar otra noche sin poder dormir. Estoy pensando que para la 2da dosis, me tomaré mi Paracetamol apenas empiece a sentir los síntomas de la vacuna.
The recommendation was not to take any medication if the symptoms were not severe, as they would subside after 48 hours. I honestly wanted to hold on but I had to take a Paracetamol after 24 hours because I could not stand the pain in my whole body anymore, but what hurt the most were my eyes, the pain was so bad that I could hardly keep them open. Two hours after taking the Paracetamol, all the symptoms disappeared, it was really a relief, I thought I was going to spend another night without being able to sleep. I am thinking that for the 2nd dose, I will take my Paracetamol as soon as I start to feel the symptoms of the vaccine.
Realmente esto no es una recomendación, no se como son los síntomas de las diferentes vacunas, tampoco sé si se pueden tomar medicamentos para aliviar los síntomas. Esta es solo mi experiencia.
This is not really a recommendation, I don't know what the symptoms of the different vaccines are like, nor do I know if medications can be taken to alleviate the symptoms. This is just my experience.
