A minor regret today is that I don't own a smartwatch linked to the actifit app.
How nice it would've been if it recorded the intensive fitness test I underwent at the hospital.
It is now five months after my pulmonary embolism and I'm undergoing a comprehensive fitness evaluation to assess my lung and heart capacity.
The test began with a comprehensive lung capacity measurement and after that a challenging bicycle test designed to push my limits.
Of course under the close supervision of a cardiologist and pulmonologist.
Unfortunately, I wasn't permitted to keep my phone with me during the test, so it wasn't recorded.
Nevertheless, the preliminary results are encouraging, and I'll receive the full report in two weeks.
It's reassuring to see that my recovery is on track.
