*What a good idea for most to start this year with small, doable challenges. *
That way, you will encourage the participation of as many people as possible, and the goal of pointing out the dangers and importance of keeping an eye on your health is also excellent advice.
Immediately upon reading about this challenge, I was motivated to participate.
It is an excellent opportunity to improve my body and fitness slowly.
So count me in.
I started this challenge by watching the video.
This is the link I used to watch the video.
I already knew how to do a squat, but I still watched it to see if there were some areas of improvement or learning points.
Posture is indeed essential in a good squat.
I did squats consecutively the first few days, but the last two days, I divided them into two separate sessions.
10 and 20 squats were still OK to do it consecutively.
To do 30 and 40 consecutively was a challenge, but it was still manageable.
50 Squats was the limit I asked of my body.
Therefore, I decided to split the 60 and 70 squats.
T wo sessions a day was a manageable task. And that way, I also avoided injuries.
Always listen to your body telling you when you are over a limit.
A burning sensation in your muscles is the most common feeling that disappears soon after you stop.
But a sharp pain is not normal, and then you should stop the exercise and indicate that you have gone too far.
It would be best if you quit immediately.
I have already completed today's five push-ups.
I want to wish everyone success with this challenge.
Here's to a fit and healthy 2024!
