Today am going to show you how I bake some yummy💋 cupcakes
Recipe for my cupcakes
Flour- 175 grams
Butter- 175 grams
Sugar- 100 grams
Eggs -4 large eggs
Baking powder-1/2 teaspon
Presvaties 1/8 teaspoon
Flavour1/2 teaspoon
Mixing and baking process
To make these cake, I first measure my butter and sugar I cream it until it becomes fluffy and smooth follow by my flour then my baking powder and preservatives, then in a separate bowl I break my eggs and whisk it until it mix then I added the egg into the butter and sugar then follow by my flavor and mix everything together, I use hand to mix as am yet to buy an electrical mixer

Finally after mixing everything together, then then I divided them into my cupcakes rapper and bake is my local oven for about 45 mins to 1 hour
After my cupcakes are well baked, then I leave them for like 20 mins to get cold before decorating
Recipe for decorating my cupcakes
Icing sugar-500 grams
Butter-150 grams
Flavor- half teaspoon
Milk- optional
How I decorated my cupcakes with butter cream
Firstly I measure my butter in bowl and in a separate bowl too my icing sugar then my flavor was added into the butter and I started mixing my icing sugar together gradually until it get smooth
After adding everything together then, and pack them into my piping bag and started decorating After my decorations Is done I have to add some sprinkles on it to make it more beautiful.
