Little Santorini Mountain Resort is a well-kept secret in the green Cebu hills and with breathtaking mountain scenery and has one of the very unique poolside experiences at present. My recent visit to this enchanted resort was a perfect outing in the hectic life in the city. In this blog, I will present my own experiences of the exploration of the beauty of this resort, the beautiful landscapes, and the calm atmosphere that contributed to the fact that my trip was memorable.
The meandering roads that I used to reach Little Santorini brought me to beautiful and lovely scenery with beautiful greenery and amazing view. As soon as I entered, it offered to me warm services of the staff and a wonderful building that evoked in me the memory of the traditional Santorini in Greece. The blue colors and the blanks of the buildings of the resort instantly transported me to a Mediterranean heaven of paradise.
When I got there I was led to my room, where I had a large window with the panoramic view in the mountains. The environment was wholesome and the nature music created a calming effect. I quickly unwound and changed to my swimming costumes with a bated breath to the main attraction at the resort the infinity pool.
The infinity pool of Little Santorini is purely magnificent. It is placed on a hill-top which overlooks the mountains and valleys beneath it. As I moved into the cool water I felt the feeling of relaxation going through me. The pool was also well-designed and fitted to the natural environment such that it creates the impression of a symbiotic relationship with nature.
I was lying back and gazing at the clear blue sky and I forgot my troubles. The light slapping of water and the song of birds helped to make the situation calm. I spent hours lying on the pool, under the sun and enjoying the beautiful sight. It was the place where it was possible to forget about the ordinary routine and rest.
After enjoying a relaxing swim I was deliberating on going on a mission to explore the resort further. Little Santorini has numerous services like ample sitting area, gardens and walk tracks, which are distributed across the facility. I came walking through the well-maintained gardens, with its colorful flowers and green vegetation. The resort was also well built in all aspects and provided sufficient space where individuals could rest and meditate.
I have bumped into one of those tiny cafes that offered local food and refreshments. I ordered a refreshing mango shake and a plate of Cebuano lechon which is a delicacy that should be sampled. I was having a good time savoring the flavors so I got other guests to talk to me of which they felt equally impressed with the resort as I was. We shared our experience on our journeys and experience in life which made the day even better since it also formed a sense of camaraderie.
One of the best things that I could experience was the mountain view since it was breathtaking and the resort surrounded the view. I proceeded to a viewing deck as the sun began to set and was able to see down into the valleys. The sky was warmly lighted with the ray of gold and the sight was exactly magical. I also took time to enjoy nature and its beauty and also consider my journey.
The scene was dramatic and almost surreal because of the mountains in the background with the mist clouding it. I photographed, and I attempted to congel the entire scenario, and nothing could ever be what was due to the gorgeousness I had beheld. I was very lucky as I had such serene nature.
However, at night the situation in Little Santorini was different. The resort was made into a cozy and romantic place by lightening using soft lights. I returned to a pool of infinity and wasted time floating on the stars and I was unable to describe the sense of tranquility. The temperature was very low and the crickets provided just the right background music to the atmosphere since the sound was loud enough to lounge.
I stood and thought about my day, the loveliness that I had observed, the associations I had had, and the mood of tranquility that encompassed me. It was a wake call as to the necessity to have some time with one and have fun with the little things in life.
I have been in Little Santorini Mountain Resort in Cebu and this was a refreshing experience that spiritualized me. The magnificent mountain view, calm infinity pool and warm reception of the staff all helped in making it an unforgettable one. I waked away refreshed, inspired and grateful to the nature.
One of the places that I would strongly advise you to visit is Little Santorini in the event that you would like to have a relaxing time with no interruption of the normal life. This resort is fit to everyone as long as you want to relax at the pool or sightseeing the beautiful sceneries or watching the beautiful scenes. Those were a great experience that may remind me of how great the nature is and how important it is to take a break and re-charge. I am much looking forward to returning to this bit of heaven and create a few more memorable.
