I know what you mean about 'menu anxiety'... I hate when menus are extensive, because it just confuses me. However, I'm not so fussed about coffee menus, cos I tend to stick to the basics.

What's your secret to your pro-like food photography (well, all your photos, really)...?

Everything coffee- and food-wise looks divine, but what really stands out is the tree. I love unique stuff like that!
