Sometimes I wish that I could unread this book, but instead of thinking about the dark side that had an ugly impact on me (which I eventually overcame), I would rather think of how to build my own empire from the Christian lifestyle of diversity. A young man invested in so many ventures and diversified his funds massively. A boy who could have ended up being a street kid became a man of influence in every sector of life in his country.
The youthful vigor can make one find interest in just about anything. At the time, we are all engaged in one hobby or another, and when you ask a person what they love doing, it is either reading novels or singing, which are two of the most common hobbies I know. I had belonged to the reading group, and I can tell you that I virtually try to read almost every novel (drama, poetry, or prose) that comes my way.
Teenagers often cannot filter the kind of books 📚 they read and while these novels are meant for educational/entertainment purposes at first, some dirty and ugly scenarios often times creeps in that even an adult must be careful about what they read as well. I have heard of stories where people read books and get possessed by certain demonic characters from such books, I can't really say if these stories are true, but it ist better to be careful. I was warned not to read certain books at some point this include the seven books of Moses.
Maybe they are been overprotective of me since I heard the name Moses and believes that it is an important name in the Bible no magical power can posses me from there nevertheless I don't want to risk it too. One can equally pick up bad habits such as drugs addictions masturbation and others from reading certain books as well.
Books can have as much influence on us as the movies we watch. learn to filter the things you read and see.
We were in the university when I noticed a certain group of ladies watching a movie rated 18+, and the clip I watched displayed acts not far from watching porn. I was curious about who watches porn movies in open space in a classroom but was told that it was a movie version of the book titled "50 Shades of Gray," which was actually harmless, and that there are lessons therein for anyone to learn, even though we have to be careful enough to skip the erotic parts of the movie or book.
I opted for the book, believing that I wouldn't have to behold most of the ugly things these ladies were watching. Let me be a saint and read in secret rather than watch this porn in public 😂. Not knowing that I was totally wrong and without visual display in form of a movie reading books can make ones imagination go wild.
Don't ask me what my thoughts were, okay🤗🤗
Some of the things I knew about the book are:
It is a 4-part novel, which I downloaded as a pdf and stayed glued to reading every bit of it.
The book or movie came under criticism and ban by the Christian community for using the Christian name "Christian" for its lead character in a movie that is more of a pornographic display. Although it continues to spread like wildfire since
sexsells, a lot of people were interested in exploring what was contained in the movie. One beautiful thing about the novel is that a hard-hearted man who felt that he could hate and abuse women because a woman did the same to him, coupled with being born by an irresponsible mother, later found love in the arms of a woman he had abused several times. Love conquered the hatred he ever felt or had for women.
Regardless of how negative I felt about the book later, I learned an important lesson about how Christian was able to build an empire for himself, even though this came from the very ugly root of a sexually abused boy child. Virtually everything submits to you when you are a man of influence at the top of your business or career all around the world. His business mindset remains a constant inspiration to me. I have never met anyone who has diversified so much and ventured into almost everything, buying shares across every sector and becoming one of their board of directors.
Truly, there is something to learn if you close your eyes to all of the dirtiness acted out. Also, note that it is still an 18+-rated movie or book.
