Right from childhood where I have taking the lead to teach my fellow pupils some nursery rhymes I have enjoyed music. As an adult I have learnt that music is the food of the soul, we enjoy the beats when we are in high spirits and meditate on the lyrics when we are down and sober. I cannot count how many times this relates directly to me.
There is always a certain music that fits every of my mood, when I am happy I play songs from a particular folder. When I hit a jackpot of some lucky gems there is a folder of happy songs for that time too, there is equally another folder of songs that helps me heal from challenges when I get into trouble. My moods determines which songs I play per time.

I have sang in the choir at adolescent age all through to teenage years I learnt abit about solfa notation and music notes in school from my class teacher. Some have commended my good voice which needs a lot of training as we speak.
I had a setback that made me leave the choir for over 10years and lost my voice and musical knowledge in the process. Only recently have I found some new inspirations to go back to singing. And this prompt came very timely such that I can tell you all about the adventurous music plans ahead of me.
I recently attended this concert with the flier below, a yearly πΆπ΅πΆπΆπ΅ musical shows that happens right in my city here, this is the fifth edition of this Ochestra presentation and it happen to be my very first experience of it.
I witnessed a powerful musical presentation of both instruments and voice(opera). It didn't end here I was happy to have found the show and followed up their page on Instagram here only to find out that they have a musical school and that I can pay to get my voice trained and also learn an instrument of my choice. This is a breakthrough for me and a good time to workout my schedule on how to get started in music all over again. I equally made a compilation of video clips of the various presentation that happened at the event in a 3speak video here
Just before the concert I have stumbled on the #vibes web3 music competition on the Blockchain organized by .
I didn't hesitate to join the competition which has helped me to practice more before each presentation. I have made a out 2entries which you can watch on my
3speak channel here on hive Blockchain.
Sometimes it is not about winning the competition but about improving on my music adventure. Which I have plans to attend a music school in the coming months
Back to my favorite artists
I have this to say first,
Sometimes good lyrics determines good music, other times it is about the beat and on other occasion the voice of a singer. However it comes a poor singer can ruin a good song and vice versa. This makes me listen to thesame song cover from different artist, the versions that appeals to me the most gets downloaded and stays in my folder.
I have listened to songs from various Artist, to list but a few Taylor swift; Celine Dion, Chris Brown, Kari Jobe, Katty Parry, Carrier Underwood, Kim walker Smith, Nathaniel Bassey, Tim Godfrey, J.Moss, Jonathan McReynolds, Frank Edward and the list goes on and on. Both home and abroad, religious or circular music. I take my time to analyze songs. Some of those that sang in group which I have enjoyed their musical are first the Pentatonix, Jesus culture, Hillsong, Elevation music and so on.
Lately I have been listening to more songs from Kim walker Smith and Lauren Daigle they have some songs with powerful lyrics that has been helping my current state.
Listening to Lauren Daigle's Rebel heart last year drew me into a research about who she is and more of her songs. The contemporary American Christian gospel singer is of relative age as myself. She was said to have to released an album "How can it be" which made number one on the Billboard top Christian album. You can read more about this
here
And that wraps up my entry and first participation in the #inleo daily prompts which you can check out here, as you can see it is not to late to join the prompt.
Stay tuned to the next episode and prepare an entry.
