It is an eye condition that causes blurred vision. It can be hereditary, mostly present from birth and I tried to look online if there's anything that would really tell its cause but I found nothing at all.
I have this myself and been using eyeglasses at work or watchin tv. The I considered using contact lenses, as foe more comfort when travelling, etc, etc.

How to treat astigmatism?
- Eyeglasses
- Contact lenses
- Orthokeratology (yep, first time to know this too, lol)
- Laser and other refractive surgery procedures.
