Welcome to my blog again. I am happy that you are here. Hope you all are good and enjoying this summer season. I am also good and trying to enjoy this season with some yummy drink and shakes.
Banana and chikoo shake is a refreshing and delightful drink which we can enjoy any time of the day. It is so delicious and healthy. We can add dates instead of sugar to make it more healthy.
Many times i discussed about the chikoo tree at our garden area. This sumeer we get some fruits from this tree... This time the chickoos seem a little less compared to every other year... but still enough for us. And the taste of the chikoo of this tree is really amazing.
I plucked some fruit...But they were only 80% ripe...so i put them in a paper at hot place. And within 2 days all chikoo were ready to enjoy.
Some we eat and rest i made shake. Which receipe i would like to share today. Let's enjoy :

INGREDIENTS ✅
- Chikoo 3-4
- Banana 1
- Milk 1/2 liter
- Dates 2-3 / Sugar 1 tbsp
PROCESS ✅
First took chikoo and banana, peel them and cut into the small pieces. Don't forget to remove seeds from the chikoo.
Than in a vissle add milk and dates/sugar , blend it till smooth consistency. For that you can use mixer or grinder.
Within 5 minutes your shake is ready to enjoy . You can add sugar and fruits according to your taste and sweetness of the fruit. I add little sugar because chikoo is so sweet.
I really love this shake . Many times i enjoyed it at lunch time and skipped the lunch for this delicious and healthy drink. It is really so refreshing. Do you alos love the shake ?
