Hello friends, I hope you are well, welcome to my new post. I like traveling a lot. Sometimes I go alone to travel. But I like traveling alone a lot. If I have friends with me, I take them if they want to go. If they don't want to go, I never force them to go.
But when they go with me, it's very good for me to take pictures. They give me many pictures. However, a few months ago I went to visit a neighboring district of Rajshahi. Which was a beautiful and clean city of our Bangladesh. Our Rajshahi city is quite old. The city has a lot of value since ancient times.
I decided several months ago that I would go to visit Rajshahi. I told my friends. They told me that they would definitely go with me. However, we took the train to Rajshahi city as promised. There we stayed in a hotel for one night. Then we went out the next day to see the Padma River. The Padma River that you can see in front of me is the largest river in South Asia.
This river is very deep. This river is very wide. It is formed from the Himalayas and flows through India to our Bangladesh. In India, this river is originally called the Ganges River. Which is a very sacred river for the people of India. The Padma River flows through Bangladesh to the Bay of Bengal.
Anyway, in the morning, we left the hotel to see the Padma River. We had already known that the best and biggest place to see the Padma River in Rajshahi is T bath. My two friends and I went to T bath. We went there almost in the morning. After going there, we saw that there were not many people around. Because it was the month of Ramadan and the people of our country usually do not go out of their homes much during the month of Ramadan.
I was very surprised at first. It was a very big river, it seemed like it was an ocean. To be honest, I have never seen such a big river since I was a child. I never imagined that the Padma River would actually be so big. But at the place where we went, two branches of the Padma River met. All around I saw some people who had come here mainly to visit this place. A beautiful spot has been created in this place which basically looks like the letter T. That is why this place is named T bath.
I looked up from there and saw that there was only water and water around. But there are some places where there are very large char areas. Where I was standing, there was a lot of river in front and the next part is mainly char area. Then there is another river and then another city starts from there. But these char areas are mainly inhabited by rural people.
Those who come to the city take various things with them to those char areas. This vastness of the Padma River made my mind very beautiful. I stood here for a long time. I got a lot of wind here and felt it. I liked the very calm environment around. There I saw some boats which are basically motor boats. They take people who come here to travel to the char areas. I was very scared which is why I did not board those boats. There I saw many boats stuck down the river. When it is rainy season, the water of this river fills up almost to the brim.
My friends saw that they were very busy taking photographs. I then went down from the river bank. There are many beautiful sandbags left here to go down. So that tourists can go down to the river. I went down with them and then I touched the water of the Padma River there. This water is very cold. The water of the Padma River mainly comes from the Himalayas which is why these waters are always so cold.
However, the Padma River is currently being polluted. The main reason for this is because of India. The people of India consider this river very sacred but they have polluted this river a lot now. We visited that place quite well and from there we returned to our hotel. Then in the evening we went there again. The beautiful view here is very beautiful in the evening. In the evening, when the sun sets in the western sky, it seems like the sun is sinking under the water. This place is crowded with people in the evening because people come from far and wide to see this beautiful view in the evening. I hope you will like this travel post of mine.
