is stressful! 👀👀
But in swoops the community to save me with awesome and inspiring posts!
Here's my attempt to avoid a comment from 😂🙃
In case you were wondering how we chose posts to be featured in these curations, we favour:
- original articles
- a blend of personal stories and facts/research (either anecdotal or otherwise) to engage the reader
good images or photos - novel or interesting approaches to self care through natural remedies
- content that makes us go aaaaaaaaahhhhh
If you'd like help making your posts pop, please let us know - we're here to help you succeed!
The first post that popped out and grabbed me was this one by about breaking from big pharma toward Natural Medicine in a healthy way. They write:
The natural remedies are -- and I wonder if the establishment even realizes this? -- the replacement remedies for the prescription medicines that they interact with in unsafe ways..
One thing I came to realize is that pregnancy is not a disease, but a natural, joyful process. I remember then, being shocked to realize how far modern medicine had strayed from this reality.
As a side note in this topic, follow the lovely and wonderful for her information on natural pregnancy! What a wonderful community, even in the ways they unintentionally weave together this fabric of progressive knowledge.
One of my new personal favorites in steem, posted her trials with a new simple hard apple cider. She writes:
Our little tree has delivered, and grown over the years, as has the volume and complexity of our cider recipe..
Most recipes will call for a campden tablet (sodium metabisulfite) but they are largely unnecessary if you heat treat your brew before cooling and starting the ferment.
Then, just today, comes with a post about natural medicine for CHICKENS!They write:
Hello friend of the farms first of all we must know that hens like any animal also get sick, therefore we have to be forewarned, today I will talk about natural remedies for our chickens, remedies that have been used for many and many years our favorite layers .
They go on to explain the uses of many medicinal herbs and foods and how they can benefit chickens. Y'all know my heart for chickens, so this post was an easy choice for me.
Of course, these are just my top three! There were SO many awesome Natural Medicine posts this week. As mentioned, wrote a cautious, shining, and truly ambitious resolution for her own natural health. As did
with her food forest and herb garden plans.
wowed with his Taoist ties to natural medicine and spiritual connections to natural medicine, as well as his own NM resolutions including food as medicine and medicine as food. A cause I would personally like to see more people embrace this year!
