Do you like foods from fish? Fish is a type of side dish that my family likes. Some time ago I cooked fish, I cooked it into Yellow Spicy Fish.
I will tell a little story.
I have a friend who doesn't like any kind of fish at all, my friend once saw someone raising fish in dirty place, that's the reason why he didn't want to eat fish.
But in my opinion there are only a few types of fish that are kept in a dirty place. The rest of the fish are taken from the sea.
The fish I cooked was a KEMBUNG type. Although classified as a small type of fish, this fish is still related to tuna, tongkol and mackerel.Fish has many nutrients that are important for the body, therefore we are encouraged to consume them every day.

I bought this fish at the market, for the price of this type of fish is very affordable compared to other fish prices.This fish is also delicious and tasty, the meat is also quite many.
As usual I will share the recipe for you, happy reading and observing the process.
5 kembung fish, 2 star fruit, 1 tomato, 3 garlic, 4 red onions, 1 pack of broth, red cayenne pepper, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, water, seasoning to taste.
Step 1
Fry the fish until dry, but before frying I wash the fish with salt and lime juice so it doesn't smell fishy.
Step 2
Slice the chilies, tomatoes and starfruit that have been washed clean.
Step 3
Puree the garlic, red onions, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of flavoring.
Step 4
Saute the ground spices.
Step 5
Add slice chili,star fruit, tomatoes and powdered broth.
Step 6
Add one glass of water,star fruit, tomatoes and powdered broth.
Step 7
Finally, add the fried fish, don't forget to correct the taste of the dish.
The cooking process has been completed, this food can be enjoyed together with the family as a side dish.
