Description from Strava: Strava2hive intervals 6x400m on my hive hill. 15 metres of elevation gain on a gravel trail does not give me very fast splits and it is hard work. At least connecting it and posting to hive social media is easy, and you can get something for it.
You can join Hive, connect your Strava and Hive accounts via the app, start posting about your achievements, and get crypto tokens as a reward (Hive and HBD). Then sell them on coinspot for $Aud.
I wish I could get my weekly run total to start looking like my hive io stat chart, at least both a heading in the right direction.
After my 6 hill internals, I had a bit of a jog around some single tracks to to see if I could settle back into some easy zone 2 as a warm down running. My old Garmin seems to pick up a few spikes that I do not think are real. Like the max 162 heart rate and max cadence of 217 does not seem right but overall it it seems like a good guide.
I have got my flat parkrun time back under 5minutes per kilometre but a struggling to get these 400 metre hills under 6 minute pace midweek.
