Description from Strava: Strava2hive hill intervals with a few extra easy kilometres afterwards. Running hills hard makes everything else feel easy, just like earning some hive crypto for your workout post.

I try to power up most days now too just like my running, with compounding I am starting to get some where.

Running Intervals on uneven gravel trail hills with ununiform gradient is also impossible to get a nice smooth chart but they all count.
One day I hope to get all that recovery cadence into the green area but for now I am happy just not to be walking.
The Garmin data shows I could have been trying a bit harder on the hills. I seemed to have the easy nailed now but ideally that zone 3 should be in zone 4. I will blame my old age and am still just getting used to these weekly hill surges.
My fastest 400m was the last one @ 5:36 pace, which is not that impressive but the 15 metres of elevation gain is significant, hopefully it will not take long to feel comfortable at being that uncomfortable.
