Warm greetings to everyone here, today I made this nutritious food and am happy I made a new thing today.
My mother came with Jackfruit and I decided to prepare it in a unique way and share it with you
Jackfruit is used both as a staple foods and also as fruit. I used my well riped jackfruit and seedless too.
Jackfruit is a powerhouse of nutrition packed with vitamin A, vitamin C and antioxidant, it also rich in dietary fiber and it also boost the immune system.
Let's go on how I prepare my delightful recipe.
INGREDIENTS USED
10 piece of seedless jackfruit
4 piece of fresh tomatoes
1 ginger
Salt to taste
1 medium Onions
2 piece of fresh pepper
3 pices of red fresh pepper
4 stems of Curry leaf
5 tablespoon of olive oil
Water.
PROCEDURE
Firstly I will cut my jackfruit into smaller pieces put in a clean pot add water and cook for some minutes I will now drain the water.
I will now put my olive oil in my dry pot
I will now put my salt.
I will now wash my peppers and my onions and slice I will also blend my ginger and also wash and slice my curry leaf.
I will start add them one after the other into my pot I will put my onions my pepper and my ginger.
I will stir them for some minutes before I will now add my Jackfruit.
I will also stir my jackfruit for some minutes I will now add my curry leaf.
Here my Jackfruit is ready.
One thing I love about jackfruit apart from the health benefits is that it has a flavorful aroma and I spicy my Jackfruit making it more taste.
Looking at the dish is very tempting and the taste is topnotch my first time cooking jackfruit am glad I made something new today.
