Hello all,
Today's activity is again parkour. I'm incredibly happy with being able to do this regularly, it's so nice to have found a community here that I can train with. They're very friendly, though the mild language barrier can be a bit challenging at times. They all speak a fair amount of English but some concepts are hard to talk about.
After Sunday's intense session, I was very sore today. So sore in fact that I couldn't really jump. I may have strained my abs honestly, given how debilitating the pain was. But I didn't let that stop me! No, I found a playground and climbed around and did rows and other stuff. The playground even had a challenging rock wall that I was able to boulder on a decent amount.
However, the main activity I did was parkour tag. Basically, it's like regular tag, but you chase over obstacles. The variant we played was a combination between tag and the floor is lava, where we had to stay off the ground, jumping around on obstacles chasing each other. It was a ton of fun, and didn't strain my abs any further. Hopefully.
I was able to use my backpack and have my phone in it for some small portions of the day. That's why I actually got a decent number this time. It's still not even anywhere near close to what I actually did, but at least it's better. Maybe someday I'll figure something out.
