Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you're all well. I recently visited Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park) in Jakarta. This place represents a miniature version of Indonesia, including various Indonesian cultures. What's there?
There are play areas like a merry-go-round, replicas of traditional Indonesian houses from various provinces, and so on. There's a reptile museum, an electricity museum, and more. There are many museums here; I visited several, and I'll tell you about them later.
The area is vast, covering 150 hectares. I don't think I could spend a day exploring this area. I was quite happy here; I certainly found it a comfortable place to explore. The area is very beautiful and lush. I was able to ground myself here.
Luckily, there were shuttle buses that took me to various places. Entry was quite cheap, a one-way fare of IDR 25,000, which is only $2. However, I arrived quite late in the day and didn't stay long, maybe 3-4 hours. Then, I wandered around this place and photographed several beautiful spots.
I feel like I want to come back here and visit other places. Or maybe just enjoy the pleasant afternoon atmosphere here, reading a book and running. Luckily, it wasn't raining yesterday when I was wandering around. This place is a favorite with many people.
People from almost every region come to this place. It's spacious, beautiful, and showcases Indonesian culture. It's like a miniature Indonesia. So, everyone comes here, eliminating the need to visit each province individually. I can imagine how crowded this place would be during school holidays.
I also plan to take my little sister here. Maybe it's a graduation gift and a formal graduation. I'll take my little sister here. That's all I can tell you. What do you think? See you in the next story.
