Mis viajeros justamente en el barrio Empedrao de Santa Lucia se encuentra un Boulevard, un lugar de innumerables eventos culturales de este barrio ya que se encuentra lleno de mucha cultura, historia, celebración y a pesar de los largos años nunca pasan de vigencia este barrio fue fundado justamente en el año XIX, siendo este Boulevard un gran centro de la gaita zuliana, qué es un tipo de música de nuestra región en el cual se implementan distintos instrumentos cómo el tambor, furro y las maracas, siendo un género totalmente tradicional para todos nosotros, el diseño tiene un estilo histórico de la mano con lo moderno.
