With the universities almost at maximum capacity, I expect a technology card every 5 days or so but while I haven't exactly been keeping track of it, it doesn't feel like that has been the case. But in the last couple of days, I got 2 tech cards that I have been looking out for:
The first is the Voice to Skull card which increases the chance of getting citizens from events. For some reason, this card is valued a lot and I have put it on the market at the Ask price hoping that someone wants it. I don't need any more citizens in my city at the moment.
The other card I got recently is the Bitcoin Fund which reduces the penalty of economic crises by 2%. It isn't the most useful card, I think but a 2% reduction in penalty does help given how frequent economic crises are.
Now, the cards I want are the Neural Network and Mining Operation. Hopefully I get them soon as I think they will be pretty useful.
