In my opinion, Criticism empowers every revolutionary invention or journey, or in this case Bitcoin and Crypto. Not many will agree with that but it is the truth, People are naturally resistant to change, something new, something that they do not understand or are scared of, but as long as the changes are made slowly over time, they will gradually accept them, good or bad to be honest. I would say that back then when Bitcoin first launched and was coming up, I was very skeptical about and I even ignored it because I thought it was a scam, I would not say am regretting my actions back but I wish I did not Ignore Bitcoin back then and have accepted it. But here we are still early, pushing and exploring the Crypto space and looking for new opportunities to take advantage of them.
That being said, always remember that the crypto journey is not a sprint, it is a marathon. Do not be too eager to jump into everything, try to understand what the project is all about and how it is set up before jumping in blindly so you do not get burned or scammed, I am not saying that the government is right calling Bitcoin and Crypto a scam, but I would still admit that there are some bad eggs and scammers in the crypto space just like every other financial sector, so many trade with caution and your eyes wide open. Always remember this the government fighting and FUDing the crypto space is not for our protection but for their own selfish interest and again, if they FUD crypto and people run away from crypto it benefits them because crypto threatens their power and dominance over the people.
Crypto is an open book or an open ledger. That is why many governments do not like it and are fighting it because they can not use it to their own advantage. Never trust blindly in your government because your best interest is not their top priority, their self-interest and greedy nature are. You are and will never be their priority.
