As we all know papaya fruits Is a fruit that contains vitamin,antioxidant and Minerals that helps to boost energy and support our health. And it is also rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber, protein all this help you build our immune systems. I will share a simple delicious recipe on how I went about making papaya smoothie.
To start with the papaya milk smoothie this were the ingredients I used.
: papaya fruit (1 large pawpaw)
:powdered milk (12g)
:water( 1cup of water)
You can add sugar or honey to the smoothie it optional.

Procedure
To start with the procedure i went to get papaya fruit from the tree then I rinse it properly.
After I rinse it properly I use my kitchen knife to peel out the outer part of the papaya fruit then I remove all the seed from the papaya fruit.
Then I cut it out in cube shapes, after that I use my blender to blend the papaya fruit to my desire taste.
After that i transfer the powder milk into a cup then I add little water into the powder milk and I mixed properly.
I transfer the blended papaya fruit into a cup and I added the milk at the top of the papaya blended fruit, Prefect when served chill.
