If you want to be a successful leader you must be ready to face challenges head on without running away from it. Be like an eagle.
- Eagles walk alone
An eagle doesn't mingle around with other birds. They can fly up to an altitude of 10,000 feet. They can fly higher and make less noise. An eagle dwells on the rocks in high places and its confident to walk alone, fly alone, and to face challenges alone.

Great leaders doesn't mingle or depend on others. A leader always be a problem solver. You stand in your decision. In
- Eagles doesn't eat deadly preys
Eagles eat raw or fresh prey, it kills itself.

If you want to succeed as a leader, you must always spend time with people with intelligent people, vibrate and liberal in thoughts.

Research have make me understood that, of all the birds family, eagles are more attentive to it's young ones.
It happens this way. When the mother eagles sees that, the eaglet are due to teach them how to fly, she gathers them on the back and spread her wings, flies high. Suddenly. She swoops out from under the eaglet and allow it to fall. The process continues gradually until they know what the wings are meant for.
Application
Leaders strive to make his organization or individuals grow to their full ability. They teach, instruct and advise others. No matter they challenges they face, they never give up empowering the young ones.
Eagles sees(vision)
Eagles has sharp, keen eye sight. Their eyes were design to for long distance sight. They can easily sport other eagles afar.
Application
Vision is of the characteristics of a good leadership. Without vision you can't lead well..
- The canary
The canary birds are caged birds, they are beautiful and they spend their lives locked in cages. Even in their cage room they still sing, they never mind.
As a person do not cage yourself, break free and become what you want to become.
- The pelican
These birds believe in eat junk food. They eat anything they see to fill their stomach.
- Application
If you want to be a good leader never you take junk food, don't eat anything you see.
- The parrots
Parrots are birds that "talk the talk".

If you actually want to be a good leader don't talk about people, don't mimic what others say.
- The magpie
These birds bullies and they abuse other birds.
- Application
If you want to succeed as a leader, don't be selfish, self-centered and arrogant with others. See yourself and others equal.
- The kookaburra
These are birds that doesn't take things serious. They not sensitive to anything around them and they are easily hurt, wounded and laugh unnecessarily.
- Application
As a leader, you need to be sensitive and pays attention to anything around you. You should know the appropriate time to play and not to play.
- The chicken
Chickens are prone to fear, living a lazy life and they rarely reach their destiny. Chickens don't fly as eagles. They only flap around the barnyard. They can't withstand storms.
- Application
As a leader you don't need to fear if you want to reach your destination in life. Be confident in God.
